Luffy was serious about going to take Usopp and Zoro stopped him, or did you see Zoro jumping around and following Luffy?

I'm not a Sanji fan so that doesn't really matter.
Sanji is below Zoro in the pecking order it's just Zoro is below Luffy.

Right, exactly you're making my point. Zoro deemed his dream/ambition more critical than getting Nami (Luffy's wish + potential Nakama) and Kaya's ship (significant to Usopp)
Can we just agree there are times Zoro's wishes supersede Luffy even when situations are dire? I don't think there's ever a moment in OP when Luffy is serious the only SH to change his mind is Zoro.

I'd have to check back but in Arlong Park I believe when Sanji said Arlong was on a different level, Zoro ordered him to save Luffy while he held off Arlong [while Zoro was in a worse state].
He also ordered Sanji to go to the live floor, back in Wano.
Well we have to look at the circumstances right?
Zoro a chance to fight Mihawk and see if he's worthy of WSS.
Luffy potentially losing the best Navigator in the OP world and the Going Merry essential to Usopp[which also impacts Luffy's dream]

Several if not all of them are the highest authority in their respective fields. Chopper in medicine, Sanji in cooking, Nami in navigation and so on. Nobody dares question their specialist skills.
Jinbeis vast experience is the most highly valued by his superiors and other crew mates, his opinion is not limited to being Captain, Vice Captain or his role as a helmsman.
