Cause Ultra Tiger hunt is a low tier move and King in this form still has Ancient Zoan durability.

You are wrong. Ultra tiger is a mid level attack, not a low level attack. Dinosaur aren't difficult to damage for Zoro. Chopper damaged Queen.

Besides, That still doesn't explain why Zoro continued to use ACoC and used an upgraded version of Ultra tiger hunt, that contains overwhelming amounts of CoA haki and maximum amount of ACoC haki, to beat King.
