I don't know.

If there was a fake Physician I would tend to believe it's TAC. But I don't know the setup, so both could still be from my pov.

As for Queen you gotta ask her, I can't speak for her.

It won’t be useful, but I will say it to ease your minds over what it is.
I investigated NeutralWatcher and he is Special/Investigative. It doesn’t prove or disprove that he is Paladin. But it doesn’t rule out Seeker either.
His sudden change of heart on Queen and saying Dragomir made a mistake only confirmed my doubts.
