We have reached a point where we can't even acknowledge the obvious reality that by natural design, humans are meant to be comfortable of their own gender and that they're meant to be attracted to the opposite gender.

We still don't have an issue acknowledging that normal design of a human includes both arms, legs and all fingers. I wonder how long that will last, by the direction we're on now.

By normal design a good portion of mankind wouldnt be able to survive because of health conditions or whatever. Natural design is utterly irrelevant in the modern age. And since we dont face any extinction over people choosing not to get kids yet, its not actually an issue.
