I know the guy is in a rush but the last part of the chapter is some Fast and Furious shit:
- Notice Sukuna's aura
- He's standing in front of Ryu
- Ryu dies
- Yorozu is standing in front of Sukuna

Tbh, these fights are going exactly the same way we predicted. These sorcerers are not a challenges for Sukuna.
Maybe Gege saved time here to focus on major incoming fights.
I have my eyes on Kenjaku and want to see what he will do next.

It's not about him killing Ryu. These CG characters were basically introduced to be fodder to Sukuna and hype up his powers.
Nothing wrong with that.

But the paneling and flow of the chapter are so rushed.
The bath is just Sukuna soaking in something. And he walks out of it unchanged both physically and mentally.
As soon as he's noticed by Ryu and Uro he appears in front of Ryu. But it wasn't high speed or something since Ryu would've said "woah, this speed" or smt similar. He's just standing in front of him all of a sudden.

Then when Ryu is killed, Yorozu is standing in front of Sukuna. No panel of them arriving there or anything to set up the stand off. It's just *poof* and there they are.

For the bath I just think your expectations were too high, you were surely expecting something more spectacular, for his face he himself said that to fight against shamans he prefers to keep this face there but that implies that he can change physically if he wants, I don't understand why you want Sukuna to change mentally ? We already know the mentality of the character, no need for more

nevertheless I agree with you, it's in relation to his movements which are offscreen then we have this impression of rush, but it's not very important imo it can just be misinterpreted

I'm not gonna front - Sukuna regaining his original body was something I thought would happen during the Bath.

It being used to get closer to "Evil" and aupress Megumi's soul further just feels like a weak explanation. Especially considering that Sukuna is planning to kill Tsumiki, which would further destroy Megumi's soul anyway.

Considering what we got, I would have prefered an even shorter Bath scene so that we could get a more fleshed out Sukuna/Yorozu meet up.

It’s true that the purpose of the bath is kinda underwhelming

An inner world asswhopping from Sukuna to Megumi would have been enough

he got points for killing him prob 5 or so and power demonstration

People really think Gojo or Yuta have chance xD

Yuta,Hakari, Kajimo,Megumi and Maki are gonna challenge him and they win due Megumi trust me Sukuna is simply too strong
