It indeed seems Sukuna stayed 10 month in the bath
Or the curse spirit bath works a different way but not precised here
furthermore why would ryu and uro just be chilling in the same spot for over 10 months doing nothing
yeah at least we got some well deserved ryu hype - hopefully hes not actually dead.

I got that and would like it to be true, but Sukuna can regen himself. Besides, the context matters: as he notices it, he asks about Tsumiki's location, nothing related to Yuji.
Panel is strange though, I give you that, but I still think it's somehow related to Megumi not being totally supressed.
Cooking a far fetched scenario, maybe current incomplete Sukuna (15 fingers in a resisting vessel) can't regen from his own CT used by someone else (Yuji), forcing Sukuna to speed up his plan to get back his own body (streets often think the 10 shadows are recquired for him to get it back). But that's just totally random speculations.

Besides, I'd like Yuji to have his own CT if he ever has some. IIRC his mother had gravity-related one, and still IIRC we saw Yuji somehow flying when he fought Choso (panel wasn't clear).
Having a gravity related CT could also explain the latest chapters in which Yuji no diff jumped buildings heights...
