Nothing but at least as readers we know that Kaido tried to do better than what he got.
The smile is a good idea on paper but a bad idea in real life rather than give money to make something so shitty makes Queen and CC work at together on something more interesting. I mean if Queen can create a virus that enhance people strength and turn them into Oni with ice power what the guy could have done while working with CC?

I only mentionned yamato because we talked about that with @Rivaille like I said in a funny conversation.

So I was talking with my buddy @Rivaille that it would have been funny if Kaido tried to mate his daughter and King to make the strongest being in Opverse.
Yeah it was a funny conversation but when you think about it, it raises a big question : why the hell, kaido didn't use King's power/dna/genes ?
Kaido isn't that dumb, he knew perfectly why the scientists were doing experiments on him and Alber.
So it makes me wonder, why during 20 years (so count the amount of years, months, days, hours, minutes) that Kaido never thought to make multiples lunarians ??
He could have just asked King to have sex or whatever during a whole year with women when he decided to stay on Wano after Oden to prepare his army.
20 years later (Onigashima), his crew would have been the strongest ever with +360 adults Lunarian.
We can say maybe Kaido didn't think about that ... yeah maybe but we shouldn't forget that Queen and Cesar Clown were with him, ex MADS and reputated scientists. Even making cyborgs if we talk about queen (but let's focus on King).
Those kids of King would have trained under the Beast Pirates and they would have been the greatest weapons for Kaido to conquer/destroy the world) something he wanted. Something WG did with just few day of experiments.
He basically wanted to make the strongest crew that's why we have this whole SMILE things ...
Remember with only 500 smiles, the Beast Crew was hyped af by Oda.

- Kaidou is not as intelligent in science, so i dont think its absurd for him not to know how the details of Lunarian abilities and side effects.
- Kaidou may want variation, since a uniform ability may be countered uniformly as well. If the enemy learn how to time Lunarian body condition, or even manage to snuff out the fire on Lunarian's tail or whatever, the potential Lunarian army may be much more easily disarmed compared to an army with variation.

I mean Kaido is brutal towards weaklings, but yes, he respects King and certainly wouldn't have him rape his daughter, who he actually respects enough to try and make her the Shogun and guardian of Wano.

King was hiding his identity from even his crew. Only select few and Big Mom knows his race. And the government has spies they will eventually clock that Kaido is breeding Lunarians and they will actually go all out on his ass. And Kaido even if hes the strongest after Roger's Death and WB Decline and Big Mom soft spot for him and Red Hair unwillingness to risk going to war with him. He won't survive Admirals hunting his arse let alone "Planet levels" Gorosei and IMU's "Reapers Beam if you played Mass Effect you know what i am saying". Because the only reason he is hiding in Wano is to build a force to "Fight" the Government in the 1st place.
