Dues ex machina = i don't like that story aspect .
I have seen it so much online that the term has lost all meaning lol .
Yes, it's usually associated with something that saves the day out of nowhere. Like Batman's utility belt having something unexpected that will save him from any situation. Or Iron Man stopping an atomic bomb last minute. An ex machina =/= just i don't like the story aspect. It's something that comes in to save the day without making too much sense.

Akainu did even care much about wano stuff since other matters were more important.... Why would he suddenly change his whole priority..... Only gorosei care about SH.
he gave a speech about attacking his enemies on all fronts or something. if barto (and law) fall in his hands, i think he woudl totally do a public execution.

Punk 06 York "Greed" York: The only name that is different is that there is no personality in history that describes it. It is most likely that the name is derived from the word YOKU, the same kanji used in the name of the person (), which means greed and desire. So it is possible that this single person is distinguished from the rest by something different.

If we find out their identity then realistically it should be trivial for the SHs to deal with the situation. Granted, chances are it might not play out like that for plot reasons.
Well that's the thing. We as the audience now know, but the SHs still have to:

1) Defeat the Seraphim.
2) Find out where the secret lab even is.

Even then, just because we now know York is the traitor, it's not obvious to me why you think it's so trivial for the situation to be resolved.
