For Blackbeard to be the final villai,n Luffy would have to overthrow the WG before reaching Laugh Tale, or Blackbeard himself would have to overthrow it
Not impossible, but we're in the final saga and it doesn't seem to be the direction Oda is taking it. Honestly Luffy and Blackbeard teaming up against Imu seems more likely
I think it possible that Oda will have the final war short with WG after the BB .
Expect to see a lot of stuff done in a very short amount of panel time .

It is revealed s shark destroyed the camera so the world doesn’t know that ifrit jambe cannot hurt him and got leaked . he doesn’t want to embarrass Sanji
