S-Shark isn't made of fisherman genes. It's modeled after Jimbe with Lunarian genes i.e., it's basically a Lunarian with Jimbe's fighting style and appearance. S-Hawk's the same too. That's why he's leveling mountains at this age instead of fighting at a level more appropriate for a human-child genius. So unless you think a 13-year-old Mihawk was nearly as strong as current Jimbe physically, that's not how they're made.

I don't remember where they said how the seraphim are made.
