The seraphims obviously have haki and this is the dumbest cope I've seen yet. You can't be the strongest beings in the world without haki. They're designed to be living beings with their own willpower. Willpower is haki.

Until the seraphim show haki, they likely don’t have it awakened. Yes all living beings have willpower, but the seraphim like Franky Robin and countless others can’t use armament or observation yet it seems

Sanji isn't even the parameter here.
It's Luffy.
SHs have yet to defeat a single Admiral.
No way Luffy isn't the first to do so, if only 1 Admiral is involved.
