7 seraphim always just made sense because
A) They all seem to be based on the OG shichibukai
B) the Biblical seraphim were 7 angels.

Yeah, all fishermen use FM karate, but not all of them are as easy to beat as random fisherman number 29383. There's not a single race that works like that. Lunarians aren't an exception.

Same, its entirely needed. Fucking Usopp, Brook and Chopper absolutely need something this arc.

Im kinda hoping Oda just gives them all 1 chapter fights. When arcs last 1-3 years, you can spend 2-3 months on non M3 fights.
