Point being they've not been invented with the intention to make one stronger than the other, if it just happens to be the case it's another thing. VP chose fruits that compliment the originals fighting style the most. S-Bear has the most busted ability by far but has yet to do anything because for using this fruit efficiently he needs brains which he is and may be lacking forever because it'd simply make him too strong.

They're not meant to be equally strong if you look at their differences. You can't find disparities if you only look at similarities because it's the dissimilar aspects that create a difference. There are several factors that prevent the Seraphim from being equal with the most obvious trait being their DF abilities. It doesn't matter how much their fruits complement their fighting styles, it's undeniable that they all have different potentials/. Then their fighting styles, personal experiences, and their aptitudes, which seemingly go in line with their rl counterparts' personalities. All of these combined definitely create huge differences b/w them.

Oda had it work vs 2 commanders of BB and even BB was saying that it super broken .
I agree you can do way more with Kuma DF but Boa just broken in term of easy in fighting and KO people .

Like honestly, his CoO allows him to see people’s souls instead of their bodies (perfect counter to Snakes cute exterior)

He now knows what kind of weapons can hurt and defeat them

He also just needs this
