Whatever legendary Pokemon or forme you don't see on that list is allowed.

For example you can't use Zygarde with the Power Constrict ability, but the other forms are okay.

Yep all legal! Although I did for a bit consider icing Naganadel, but I think it's fine to just use all the Ultra beasts.
