Which marine will cross guild go after first?

With garp trying to go for blackbeard seemingly mainly solo i think it might be him. Garp being the most famous and well known marine even in old age is probably the biggest marine they could take out

Garp being a big deal since rocks would give cross guild the most amount of hype and respect for beating

Plus garp can get revenge for the previous wss bogard

I'm not sure they're strong enough to take on an Admiral, at least not until they gather some more members like maybe Doflamingo, Moria, Katakuri etc, so they'll probably just target random VA's like the spider or dog dude.

How come crocodile gets the short end of the stick tho cause pretty much everything is going to ally with luffy by the end. Not everyone will do something that important

Also why is mihawk trying to fight zoro while everyone else is playing a role in fighting against the world government

If Caribou joins,they will have acess to two ancient weapons.They can find cpt.John treasure.Boa,Weevil,Marco,Kidd and Law can join.Impel Down raid can happen.Crocodile still dreams about becoming PK,Hawk eye and Buggy just want to chill.I think the real leader here is Croc.

I don't think Oda will have the time nor the will to explore this route. It is also a pretty lousy alliance, maybe there will be a Mihawk and Croco vs somebody but the problem is that Mihawk can already beat an admiral alone and the marines shouldn't have cards bigger than those. Gorosei until proven otherwise are just wise old mans who can control the seraphims. Probably the only motive Oda had to create this Cross guild was in order to have an excuse to give yonko status to Buggy. Mihawk will probably bail out if the situation becomes too troublesome, afterall he left the leader position to Buggy exactly for that, and Croco will probably to the same.

It is also true that if Mihawk and Croco start to smoke admirals then they are just there to eliminate characters whose power has already been surpassed by the story and Oda doesn't know how to fit them in the main plot anymore, and this is highly unlikely for admirals to be thrown out just like that, so I don't think they will start an admiral hunt. And for Mihawk and Croco to go after vice admirals is ridiculous.
