I tried to envision the scenario where Kidd and Brogy destroy Kid's ship, and then Shanks uses future sight and destroys Kid before he destroys Dorry and Brogy, so it wouldn't at least be THAT bad to swallow that pill

But when I read spoilers again Dorry and Brogy destroyed the ship after Kid ate the Divine Departure attack

There's no saving grace for him, Oda really and truly took a huge shit on Kidd in this chapter

Oda is showing us Characters considered The Best in Order from Weakest to Strongest

Oda started by showing us a Nerfed PK Level Fighter ---> Whitebeard
Then He showed up PK Level Fighter in his Prime, but He relies on DF more than Haki ---> Kaidou
Now He is showing us PK Level Fighter who fully relies on Haki but isn't Strongest Swordsman ---> Shanks
Next is gonna be PK Level Fighter who fully relies on Haki & is Actual Strongest Swordsman ---> Mihawk

Mihawk > Shanks > Kaidou > Oldbeard
