That's regulat attack with normal coc right? Since it touches

He has CoC. I have problem with advCoC because it wasnt explain, what it is truly or because ODA isn't clear.
Like you i believe advCoC no touching but there is also CoC+CoA, which what i think Zoro has with his KOH.
So yeah i do believe he doesn't have advCoC or next tier, just basic CoC.
Whole Haki system is kinda messy if you ask me.

I'm not changing my mind btw until Oda definitely says Zoro has advCoC.
