I think Luffy's bounty is OK. He didnt defeat Kaido on his own and in first round. Luffy could eat and rest until he won. Luffy isnt defeating Kaido in a 1 vs 1. So his bounty is ok. I think Law and Kidd had a bounty much higher than their worth, since they didnt even defeat Big Mom, they were almost there, but didnt at the end.
Yup, he didnt know nothing except he fought Kaido and Big Mom and came winners, he also knew Kidd had great AP reason he went alone....
So yeah, Shanks saw Kidd dangerous and went to solo.
Page 1 was 1 shotted by Big Mom lol, why Kidd fought the same Big Mom and wasnt.
Beckman can be debatable, but all his other commanders wont have a bounty above 2 billion which Kidd had. Kidd might not deserve 3 billion, but 2 billion he does. Fought 2 vs 1 against Big Mom which Bounty is 4.3 b, that bounty split to Law and Kidd and they are worth 2 billion for sure.

Shanks won't be one shotting Beckman and Lucky Roo together so yeah don't compare Kidd to commanders the treatment he got was of Page1 level

They were only developing these techniques in the BM fight and they didn't master them until the end of the fight. If they were to have a rematch starting off the fight with the skills they gained at the end, BM would get washed.
A single DP was immobilizing her. And we all know how strong SW is.
In a rematch Kid could snipe her at a distance with DP, providing cover for Law to land all of his SWs. She would get overwhelmed.

Well, Big Mom was just holding herself with her fingers....
They indeed are strong, but Big Mom was extreme diffing them, she was gonna win the fight if they didnt send her flying. I dont think they will go from extreme diff losing to mid diff winning, that is like 2 or 3 tiers of difference.
After Wano, if they really can use their awakening much better as you mention, at best they can High diff yet, I dont think so, IMO they could win extreme diff.
