List characters who you think were given too much focus, even though they were pointless, had no storyline, and did not effect or impact the story in any way at all.

Carrot or Kawamatsu for me. O'Kiku is at least likable when she's on screen and Smoothie only appears to blunder around, which is fairly funny. Carrot is a nothing character that goes nowhere and Kawamatsu got more panel time than Jack—which is a sin.
Yeah but at least Oden was himself.
Yamato calling Momo her son and the rest of those gags… complete waste of panels. Especially since she got more panels than Oden did.

Yea its just a dumb and overdone gag like Sanji nose bleeds. I mostly ignore her dialogue cause most of its pointless. Good thing is she didn't join SHs so she is gone.
