During Saboady when Kuma was deleting the crew members from existence!
At that point in time, I didn't know much how this shit works! To the point I was so convinced that THERE HAS to be a way for them to return if Luffy beats him!
I thought, maybe Rayleigh will beat Kizaru
And Luffy beats Kuma, and when Kuma is beaten, somehow, the crew will pop out again!
There HAS TO BE A WAY
There is no way that Sentomaru explaination is actually right to separate the crew like that where each one is sent flying for 3 days to different places in the world!

There is a secret to his power and once he's beaten, they will pop out again!

Every death of nearly every character.And I only feeling strongly when i read such moment in the manga,there is just something mishandled about that kind of scene in the anime.How the character is portraited before their death,them having unique back stories and how impactful the death is to another character just make me feel sad and sometime angry. Oda is just really good at making a character ....epic,and then killing them in the most respectable way possible.Even more important is his mastery over facial expression.
