Sharingan from Naruto franchise.
User: The Uchiha Clan with the exception of Kakashi and Danzo.
Abilities:

- Have a second stage called "Mangekyo Sharingan" in which you can acquired by killing the person closest to you.

Kurapika's Emperor Time from HxH
Emperor Time - Kurapika
Kurapika's Emperor Time can only be used when his eyes turn scarlet, giving him a power boost and changing him from a Conjurer into a Specialist type.
Unlike most typical Enhancer Nen abilities, it enhances other Nen types and makes the user able to use the full potential of other Nen types besides their innate type.
Kurapika explains this using the terms "Level", "Force", and "Accuracy": his "Levels" in the various Nen categories remain the same during Emperor Time, but his "Force" and "Accuracy" for every category are raised to 100%. Thus, if Kurapika's "Level" in Conjuration was 10, his "Level" in Emission (the polar opposite aura type) would remain 4 at the most, but his "Force" and "Accuracy" in any Emission ability would increase from 40% to 100%, making him evenly matched against a Level 4 Emitter. However, the price to pay is considerable, as every second spent in this mode shortens Kurapika's lifespan by one hour.
The ability to use all types of Nen to 100% is unheard of and unparalleled. All other people only have 100% proficiency in one category, like Gon being an enhancer. As you get farther from your point on the diagram your proficiency goes down.

The Almighty (全知全能 (ジ・オールマイティ), Ji Ōrumaiti; Japanese for "All-Knowing and All-Powerful") is an ability used by Yhwach and Jugram Haschwalth that allows one to perceive and potentially alter the future.[1] According to Yhwach, The Almighty is proof of a "true Quincy".[2]
Yhwach and Haschwalth share The Almighty, with Yhwach having it during the day and Haschwalth possessing it at night after Yhwach falls asleep.[3]

Miranda Lotto Innocence's Time Record from D Gray Man
Miranda Lotto Innocence : Time Record
This sets up a time zone where anything in it will recover and revert it into it's original state. When invoked, a giant clock face appears above the zone being affected, however, if damage is made to this clock face, Miranda will feel pain. This power is only temporary; once Miranda stops her power, all damage suffered earlier will return, as well as wounds suffered during the time that she used her Innocence. It cannot erase time, thus is cannot bring the dead back to life, meaning that if one incurs a fatal injury while under the effects of Time Recovery, that person will die once the invocation ends, if the injury doesn't kill them right off.

Miranda can sense when the 'time' of a person who is under the effects of Time Recovery has come to an end; in other words, she can tell when Time Recovery's effects are abruptly cut off, be they because of death or other reasons
