Clearly, the defendant didn't bother to show up to his own trial until right at the very end. He showed up a bunch of "questionable" evidence that hadn't been submitted before the trial began, therefore the veracity of said evidence can't be corroborated and should be entirely dismissed. On the other hand you've seen more than enough pieces of evidence that prove beyond any reasonable doubt that @MonsterZoro, in a fit of rage due to his love for the fast food restaurant chain McDonald's, decided to kill @ThatGuy who was a very outspoken critic of their food.

I mean Thataunt said 'our murder' at one point. There's claims that a 4 year old was left alone to pickup DoorDash(they won't give it to a kid), and equally stories keep changing.

I say give it 3 days and then ask them both again, see if their stories stay the same or if details change. If a lie, they'll be considerably different from the first.
