Zoro beat King he is a top tier, lower bottom. Fact since his younger versions are giving Yonko Luffy(stronger than Kaido) a hard time. Even that only G5 Luffy is stronger than Kaido G4 Luffy is as strong as Kaido or slighty weaker.
They are still two distinct groups that are relative to one another.
They're not remotely the same. Whole Cake Island establishes the Yonkou Commanders as walls the Supernova could barely overcome even if it's one of the weaker ones like Snack. Neither Mr. 3 nor Blueno had such portrayal.
Bounties are irrelevant when power levels don't always play a factor. If Katakuri wasn't comparable, Oda wouldn't make the Yonkou crews relative and make Katakuri the #2.

Did you read One Piece or Crack Piece where the only fights in Enies Lobby was Luffy scathing by against Jabra with help and spending 16 chapters trying to surpass Kaku while the crew escapes Enies Lobby without beating CP9 as a whole?
Besides the point. As Brulee relayed the failures against Big Mom's Sweet 3, Cracker was pushing Luffy's shit in. This tells the audience the Yonkou crew are on another level from most organizations the Straw Hats have faced in the past.
It's as if the losing group is comparable to the winning group for the damages to make the latter vulnerable to another comparable group.
