Firstly, that's not how percentages work. There is a missing factional kill too, so we're actually looking at him having survived 1 of 3 kill attempts. Furthermore, it's not a proc, it's a kill that he survived. Also, your setup speculation is denied - town should have plenty of hard to kill roles too.

Now Adam, I'd like you to walk me through why he would claim to have survived a kill if he's scum here. What does he really gain?
