Nah I've met people like him. Since he was born in a developing nation (no shame in that, I myself was born in a nation like that) he thinks he lives in a completely different world. Slums are poor neighboorhods where crime usually resides.I think the favelas in RJ are a different beast.The police can't go there without organizing a fucking war with bullet proof vehicles and helicopters.I doubt the police in Paris don't have acess to parts of their city because criminals might throw grenades and shoot 7.62 bullets at them.Sense of proportion plz
