Ehh Luffy has no familial tie to Dragon lol, they havent even met directly.

Its far more personal if Garp dies to BB over Dragon. In fact, id argue this is even better than Shanks being that person. I guess we'll have to see if Sword even loses here.

BB himself would have to kill Garp, and I doubt he could pull it off after fighting Law. Oda is consistent with how characters remain gimped after fights
