I think the structure of the series in general sort of defeats the purpose of BB being the final villain. Whitebeard basically specified that the PK must do something against the WG after the fact and that BB isnt that person. That essentially implies BB cannot be the final antagonist. The only reason I dont include Shanks in that boat is because we dont actually know what Shanks wants with the One Piece.

Just realized, Moria is absolutely joining Cross Guild now. He clearly didnt join BB since he was imprisoned. Mihawk and Perona are tied together and it does actually seem like CGs intent is to essentially make a Yonko crew out of fomer Shichibukai.

I would not be surprised if the new 7 are:

- Buggy (and Yonko)
- Croc
- Mihawk
- Doflamingo (rescued from ID, ties to Croc)
- Weevil (rescued from the Marines)
- Moria
- Hancock (does so to protect her island under a Yonko)

I made the same observation a while ago, can't remember when and where. Most likely not a theory thread but rather a post in a thread such as this one with a bit of elaboration as to why the missing Shichibukai would join.

I do remember typing that Law and Moriah might be quite resentful of Doflamingo so the HR Manager will need to be top class.

Nerfed Kaido Killed Adv CoC + Adv CoA + FS + G4 Luffy and forced the author to retcon Luffy's df in order to revive him. All while keeping an island afloat and fight 17 YC level people. No other character has done or is going to do that.

Compared to this the best feats of AdmiraLs look like ants
