Tbh, i wouldn't surprised if yamato gonna be revealed in next chapter.

We need to be introduced to everybody who involving in this war, because i keep believing we about to see marco in act 4/when luffy struggling against kaido's forces.
Just remember that Marco denied Neko's recruitment and gave him a message for Luffy. Now that Weevil is not a Shichibukai I'm not sure how much that changes, but at the moment we shouldn't expect him in Wano. The rest of the WB pirates maybe, especially since Izo was featured during the flashback.

As for Yamato, I wonder if it'll happen before BMs children are reintroduced or the Numbers make their debut. Maybe at least a hint to his sillhouette or character this chapter

This is why i'm so confused, because i'm still want King vs Marco not zoro/sanji vs King.

But it will be more make sense if neko will come later in the story with izo and probably the remnants of whitebeard pirates.

While I fully understand the arguments for luffy taking a big L at the war before the final part comes, I just can’t come clean with it.

in my eyes, there is way to much on the table for luffy to lose. There is not just him and the crew, there is a whole army, desperate people which were waiting for this moment for 20 years, people who lost hope, people who got crushed, people who are up for it now but are here to win or die. Nothing between it. I mean, take a look at Kinemon. Can you consider him taking a L and try again? I can’t, he will win here or die here, he made that clear. Also the thousands of loyal soldiers from Oden in the past, they accept their fate and they put all of it on this card.

The only L I can see coming is that some main fighter (Luffy, Kid, Zoro, Law, Sanji, Jimbe...) get separated from the final war, no idea how (maybe law betrays them and change their position or something), but just not being there when the fight begins. So the Alliance gets some fights but will be crushed desperately, just until the main fighter arrive and go for the final fight.

The main characters (Strawhats) could possibly take L early in this war, but they will bounce back. We need this war to be a training/power ups for them.

For the samurai, i agreed with ur opinion.
