Apparently from what the devil fruit name implies, Pizarro could legit assimilate the Red Line and spawn thousands of golems.
People theorized that the Red Line is manmade by ancient World Nobles and that its destruction would symbolize freedom with the birth of all blue. It lines up perfectly with Pizarro being a previous oppressive royalty based off a real figure that discovered the pacific ocean, all ultimately being the setup for Sanji defeating him.
