Well thats only because the only fight of Sakazuki was a hakiless clash with Sickbeard.

Next time we get to see him fighting someone i guess it will change this.

No, he wouldn't Garp was a menace in his prime but he is certainly not in his Prime during Marineford and now too.

If this was post-WB fight Akainu then yes, Garp could have kill him since Garp is pretty much unscratched while Akainu got serious injured by WB. Healthy though, Akainu high or extreme diff.
