I think it's important to convey the right meaning when translating, but the problem is when people use "The best sounding" translation as ground truth.
Also, when One Piece power is incredibly inconsistent.

But I agree, strongest Swordsman sounds silly because using a sword is not a strength feat, lifting something needs strength, while waving a sword is a dexterity and strength feat.
