Yes, I think the same about old Dr Weisz.
If you consider Dr. Muller's comments about young and old Dr. Weisz, you will get some sort of hint.

1) Old Weisz proved The Brai Theory. We dont know what is that.
2) The conversation was focused on humans and bots; especially bots having pain receptors, feelings, etc.
3) Hermit the brains of Edens Zero
4) Hacking the servers

Dr. Muller also analyzed young Weisz's brain and said you have a brain of a genius.

If we read old Weisz backstory, we get more hints that he is up to something with bot modifications.
He was giving some sort of advice to young Weisz but got cut off.

Pino was also created by Weisz on Ziggy's request.

Dr. Weisz is like a puzzle here, but I dont know how to put all of these pieces together to solve the puzzle.

Maybe there is already a theory out there that connect these dots.

I also started to have doubts about Mother after the reveal that she dies in the let's call it original timeline where Ziggy ( Shiki ) comes from.

I have huge doubts over her existence or at least her actual powers/what she does.

I think Shura encounter will tell us a lot. If he is "good" in this world too then I fear it's a candy world, although if he's not okay and just plays double agent and fucks up Shiki then we are in for something.

Shura wasn't necessarily stronger than Shiki, he broke Shiki mentally piece by piece.

the narration said he is someone who own EO ,and the true meaning of the word ONE is actually 『Over-New-Etherion』.
So not exactly E1 but still the captain and has controls over the ship.

I can take Ziggy turning everyone allies in this universe as long as the villain is demanding ( in other words Shiki would fail without everyone collected ).

I hope so, I am confident. Mashima has been spot on for arc villains. I dont think he will mess up the end.

Weisz got to be up to something, otherwise all that build up and keeping him a mystery would be a waste and just... bait.

How can Ziggy exist in U0? Ziggy never reached U0 and he only was created in a separate timeline which should not exist in U0.
Ziggy was born because of Nero and Ziggy's fight and Shura's betrayal against Nero
Ziggy's past is 100% fabricated. He even said that he only remembered his "past" after the E1 possessed him
I’m now sure that Nox is the final villain

The Saintfire cult worships mother and maybe they will use the E0 crew to reach her
Shiki and Rebecca are the key and Nox basically lured them to U0.
What if the Android version of the E1 is actually Connor?

Connor could be the "Ziggy" of this universe and the E1 is controlling him
