I imagine that their healing ability and endurance comes from the especific zoan animal, in this case from a God?? Or a self made God?
The stronger the zoan animal, the better healing and endurance they should have. In this case, Luffy's DF should be a top tier fruit while Chopper should be just average or low tier as it mimics a normal human.

Luffy wins his fights against most antagonists because he's a walking plot device armed with heavy plot armor and help from other characters while his foes suffer from plot induced stupidity and are nerfed in some way.
He shouldn't have won against Doflamingo, Cracker, Katakuri and Kaido anymore than against Crocodile, Enel, Rob Lucci and Moria.

Doflamingo lost for legit reasons, whole island was against him.

Doffy was simply too weak to handle g4
Katakuri never lost because of Luffy's g4 or power/speed.

Or Kid being shit on, For being one shot by a Yonko. Despite the same shit having not only happened to condom himself against someone significantly less serious, an with an attack noticeably inferior. But to add insult to injury, the mofo literally gets the same knocked out, an into the sea treatment as kid.

Luffy’s special fruit was only active against Kaido so no. He was better than Doffy because he was much stronger physically and his attacks never were strong enough to put Luffy down. While in Kata’s case his physical strength plus improved observation haki gave him the edge. Having a skill or two better than your enemy isn’t a guarantee of winning all the time. Luffy on the other hand has multiple skills either at high level or high enough to make up for what he was lacking.
Yeah, his fruit was always a mythical zoan. However, the abilities that a mythical zoan give is nonexistent until he uses awakening otherwise it’s just a rubber fruit. G4 was better than Doffy’s awakening due to the physical strength given and that’s only because Luffy blow air in the muscle of his rubbery body. So it has nothing to do with being a mythical zoan.
