Thats what I said yes. Law even learned to use the Haki to cure himself vs. Doc Q's DF. I doubt Law can be forced by anything, they simply need to kill him and steal his DF.

BB could threaten Law to kill his subordinates one by one if he did not comply, starting with Bepo.
Hawkins did something similar, and Law was forced to give in.

I think that could be the plan.

They send Shiryu after learning Burgess lost vs Mera Sabo on Dressrosa. Shiryu is obviously the top 3 officer. Even DFless Burgess fought Mera Sabo for some time and didn't get stomped while Vice admiral Bastille got stomped. Shiryu is minimum = Mera Sabo.
