It does seem ridiculous… that’s why when Oda confirmed Shiryu is the second strongest on the crew people just immediately assumed Kuzan wasn’t officially on the crew

Now here we are with Kuzan confirmed a member

1. if Zoro fights Shiryu and Kuzan fights ANY OTHER Strawhat, you can even include Yamato here, then Kuzan is weaker than Shiryu because Zoro’s opponent is always stronger

2. Garp manhandling Kuzan is a VERY bad look for him. And a VERY VERY bad look for all the admirals since Garp can’t be Stronger than the yonko
