Usually 60+ you statt declining unless you're Linlin whose decline isn't due to age and also is a freak.

even Garp at 56 was having grey hair when they fought shiki.

Prime in OP starts in 30s,
It peaks around 38-42
Then declines around 60 for those who are very active. 50s for those who are less active.
