Think about Apoo now. If Luffy or Zoro touch Apoo, it could be an one shot clean and simple.

A few times but the great majority of time he is able of using FS without any problem and his mastery of FS is such that he can foresee events that have nothing to do with fighting such as what people will say or Pudding falling on her knees and crying. Compared to him Luffy's use of FS is far less casually and more occasionnal.

Well....Oda restrained Luffy FS to fights which is even more non existent in this chapter.....guess he won't use it anymore....not even against Kaido
