But what annoys me is that we already have seen Luffy ( and zoro) battle fodders at the beginning of Wano, and we had several chapters of him battling fodders in Udon prison. It's tiresome. He's going to have his big fight against Kaido. I would rather see others straw hats fight for now.

The plot rules, it will always be like that.

It's clear that using Luffy or Zoro as cases to evaluate other characters' strength is worthless since their endurance and resistance is as strong as the plot needs it to be, except maybe for Kaido's Guiding Thunder.
