The idea of judaism is that God has chosen jews to be held to a higher standard than the average person in order to maintain the morality of the world.
This is why jews have to obey a ton of different laws that goyim aren't subject to. The sodomy law in leviticus is one of those.
However not only is the sodomy law not applicable to goyim, its not even applicable to jews because the temple has been destroyed.
imo, the only reason this law even existed in leviticus was because thousands of years ago, there was very poor hygiene and hence sodomy could further the spread of certain STDs that we don't really need to worry about in the modern day because we have things like condoms and STD testing. But like I said, it doesn't matter because the temple was destroyed.
