General & Others Among the 3 who has the most Underwhelming Commanders?

Big Mom Pirates only worth commander is Cracker that can make an army of his own.
Beast Pirates there is 2 commanders worth (not counting Yamato) which are King and Queen. King for his own strength mostly for being a lunarian and Queen for his plague.
BlackBeard Pirates there is 2 commanders worth being Aokiji a former Admiral and Shiryu a former Head Jailer told to be as strong as the former Warden Magellan(pre-timeskip).
So I would say BP > BBP > BMP since Shiryu still lack of feats.
Things may change when Shiryuu shinies and maybe even Burgess shows himself to be overly strong with his new DF.

Good match. Kaido and BM both have clowns as YC2, but I guess Cracker at least had a better portryal than Jack. Kata was carrying the BM pirates while BM was psycho mode while King was not bad either as a YC1. Then the BB pirates got big hype as lvl 6 prisoners but now Aokiji freezed them too easily... Really, they all have good cards to win this race. Maybe I would say the BM pirates since BM is (was?) a walking meme most of the time.
We haven’t seen too much from the BB Pirates, but they already have a more interesting and entertaining dynamic than the rest.
Besides that, the Beast Pirates are the most disappointing in pretty much every other metric. Maybe it was just their misfortune being featured in the disappointing Wano arc.

I agree it would have been better to see jinbe vs someone stronger than who's who, but I also think it was appropriate for either dog or cat to be the one to beat Jack after what he did on Zou.
However I disagree about saying jack>queen is anything like saying sanji>zoro.

Not even. Kings lunitarian traits are a part of him, queen makes weapons that are devastating even in the hands of fodder. Jack can't send a bunch of fodder to an island with his strength and endurance unless he goes with them, king can't give his durability or ability to fly to fodder and send them to kill someone, but queen can make weapons for the fodder to use.
