FOH with that CEO option, you wouldn’t yank someone off a throne and then throw them ten pieces of fucking silver…stay at home moms is an interesting choice, they deserve as much financial stability as they can get…I’d pay a homeless guy NOT to spit shine my windshield…plumbers and engineers are maybe the most important occupations on this list, but they already make a lot more money than unskilled labor…definitely blue collar, which I guess is nominally inclusive of plumbers/engineers…why the fuck are actors and athletes on there, they do fine as it is…and I already feel silly for wasting money on the Patreon for VIP privileges, so no chance I’ll be generous with my “Internet peeps” like that 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

I would completely do away eith tips. I've worked jobs that the majority of your pay comes from tips, and I made decent money doing it, but it shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to ensure your employees make a living wage. Employers should be 100% responsible for employees pay, customers should only be obligated to pay for the goods or services they are purchasing, gratuity should not be expected.
