This one is more complicated.
I believe that Noah's memory is also not the Good Side of this story.
This story is about war between two "Evil" sides, that always end up with Apocalypsys.
And I'm sure that Heart side is doing what it should do...
Maybe, just maybe, Earl broke some "heaven" rules to recreate humanity. This is why in song it said that billions of years will pass and then humanity will return to the Earth. I mean this guy is able to summon "souls" from realm called "helix of life". and that power in something that is beyond humanity abilities.

Okay I guess that the real Noah had powers like Jesus or was God in human flesh because the Helix of life is the basis for everything and only the creator should have this power. Adam took over his body and used this power. He broke some heavenly rules as you said
I don’t think that the real Noah is God but someone like Jesus who has heavenly abilities.
It’s clear that Hoshino took a lot of inspiration from the Bible
What if Cross is Seth, who sent by God to help the real Noah (Nea and Mana)
and maybe Apo/the Heart fraction is the Judas of the story and they betrayed the pillar

I feel like D.GM is based on science + religion.
Road already explaned who are Noah's, by saying this:" We are "superhuman" who inherit genes of Noah, mankiend oldest apostle. We are different from you low lifes"
Also Tiky said that Noah's abilitys comes from this world, while Innocence is something different.
So I'm still on theory that Akuma lvl 7 is just normal human.
Now based on Bible book Apokalypsis Jesus reveived Key to the Hades, so he was able to free human that lie there. Now what if Hades is Helix of Life in DGM story. So when Earl used the Key to recreate humanity, he broke the rule, because that was forbidden. And Heart and Innocence is Judge who has to destroy the malice, which is Earl, who BROKE the rule. So in this terms humanity has no right to live. This is why, Right Hand of Allen called him a Sinner, case for Innocence humanity should be already put in the Helix of Life.
