Although I wanted ZKK, I really enjoyed how Kaido was defeated. I know people hated how Kaido and Luffy became frenemies, but it was like two legends respecting and acknowledging each others presences as Monoliths.

Kaido as the solo strongest and Luffy as the Joyboy.

No one that wanted ZKK liked how Kaido was defeated. And that has nothing to do with Zoro not killing him. Even people that didn't wanted ZKK aren't happy with how the fight ended.

- Luffy in the Entire Ennies Lobby and Water 7 Arc ( i think this is where Luffy character is shown, and Oda really did a good job )
- Luffy hopeless against Kuma, Kizaru, Sentomaru because he can't save anyone ( ngl i legit cry at that time )
