Current Events How will Act 3 end ? How long before it ends ?

So far the story in Wano is still in its third act, which in general sees the big tragedy or shocking moment of the story.

Some thought that the Act would have already ended with the start of the raid on Onigashima or the arrival on the Oni island but it looks like the act is far from over.

How do you think that this third act will end ? What will be the consequences on the rest of the arc and possibly on the story as a whole ? How many chapters are left in the third act ?

Given how the presence of not only one but even two Yonkos at Onigashima and that we haven't seen their true power yet, plus the fact that Nekomamushi didn't return and that other Wano characters like Tama or Hiyori are absent I think that the assault will fail and that the true final battle of Wano will happen in act 4.
I also expect 10-15 chapters left in this act.

Act 3 is supposed to end with some sort of tragedy if I remember correctly right?

This is a big stretch but I can see 3 options for now:

1. Hiyori is dying
2. Momo is dying
3. Tama hide on the Sunny and she gets kidnapped and potentially killed on Luffy's eyes

I think act 3 is gonna be the start of the war, act 4 is gonna be the war, its climax and its end, act 5 will be about ancient history, joy boy, wano closed borders, we're gonna learn something about them but not the whole thing

Act 3 will end with alliance getting bullied by BMP, BP, orochi, and maybe CP till their limit. They will torture the alliance. Luffy is dying

The weather is cloudy, the numbers is revealed, neko hasn't come, momo is still captured, F6 has been healed and regenerated

Most likely the arc will end with Luffy and kidd defeating Queen . I am near certain one of the 3 commanders will be hurdle for luffy before reaching kaido .

-> Its certain before the arc concludes Zoro will witness his first heavy defeat against a formidable opponent . Recurring to the point Zoro will likely face yamato and gets captured .

The 3rd act will be going on for a good while. We recently received these subplots that need to be addressed on some level.

-Kaido’s banquet schedule
-Yamato’s appearance and character
-What the other Strawhats are doing
-More notably who is following Jinbe and Robin
-what Momonosuke will do after escaping Kanjuro
-What Kin’emon and Denjiro will do upon reaching their destination
-What Law and the other Scabbards will do.
-Current party chaos might even take a while to resolve

But how I think it will end? Total defeat for the Alliance. I was starting to get the inclination at around 977. Things were going too well for everyone, and they seemed way to relaxed and casual for what is intended to be their biggest battle yet.

Plus, the plan is still in motion. Law expected the reckless ones to cause a scene, therefore everything is going accordingly.

Plus we’ve yet to have a true tragedy occur in the main timeline of the arc. Oden’s death was already known to us, and we were given ample preparation for it. A defeat here would also be harder to reconcile since everyone put all their chips on it.

Act Three's going to last for ages yet.

It'll end with the Alliance having beaten the Calamities and the Flying Six, but then getting the shit beaten out of them single-handily by Kaido. To be fair, they will have been wounded previously in the fights with the Beast Pirates. Kaido will be raging because his crew have been defeated and because of something to do with Yamato, Orochi will be frothing at the mouth over the return of the Scabbards and Kozuki. They'll fly off with the intention of killing everyone in Wano like they promised Oden they would all those years ago, since they've lost anyway. Kaido might kill someone. There's your tragedy, and your ticking time bomb that Oda loves. They've won the war, but it looks like even that's not going to be enough. They won't be able to get to Wano in time to stop them killing everyone.

Then Act Four will be Momo finally growing a pair, being able to control his DF and get over his fear of flight. Then him, Luffy, Zoro and a third (Law or Kid best bets, I'll say it'll be Kid most likely. A grand Momotaro tribute anyway) are going to fly after Kaido and Orochi.

Kaido'll be in dragon form, Zoro'll cut him out of the sky in an Oden/Ryuma parallel. He'll then leave the Kaido fight to kill Orochi.

Luffy and the third will fight Kaido in the Flower Capital. Third gets beaten first, Luffy finally beats Kaido with the final blow in front of the citizens.

I don't have a clue what Big Mom and her crew are going to do.

So, i think Act 3 will ended with the alliances taking a L, and Marco, Izo, Nekomamushi (and maybe the remnants of WB Pirates) will arrive at wano in the last panel before Act 3 Ended.

Because, i think oda didnt bring back Marco with this scene without purpose. He might heal most of the injured people from luffy alliances.
