We get introduced to 3 of the Holy Knights this chapter.
One of them is dressed similar to Hancock, accompanied by a giant snake, and talks about wanting to capture the Boa sisters again. She carries a seastone spear and whip. Her name is Matilda Canossa.
One of them is large, fat and wearing an eskimo hood that hides his face. He ate the Frost Frost Fruit(seems like the polar opposite of Oven's). His name is given as Cooler.
The third seems to be dressed in the same outfit as the Impel Down jailers, while also wearing a gas mask. It's hard to tell, because he is transformed into a Stegosaurus. His name is simply given as Warden.
They are speaking to Trefreddy Mercury of the Gorosei, the tall blond one.
