Your honor, dear members of the jury, my client filed for the full custody of @ThatKid because he is aware of that it would be the best for his son to live with him. Since @ThatKid was born, @ThatGuy had to take care of his son almost all alone.
Due to @ThatWife's alcohol addiction, she wasn't capable of caring for him. In all this time, @ThatGuy has always been @ThatKid's sole attachment figure. He always tried his best to keep the addiction problems of his wife away from his son.
@ThatGuy made sure that @ThatKid received everything that he needed. Due to @ThatWife's irresponsibility, he had to be a father and a mother for his son at the same time. This wasn't always easy for him because he had to care for his sick wife too, but he gave everything to be there for his family. He even gave up his career to take care of his wife and his son.
Your honor, dear members of the jury, @ThatGuy may not always have been a perfect father for @ThatKid, but he has given everything to make sure that his son grows up happily. His wife clearly demonstrated over and over again how irresponsible she is. Giving @ThatGuy full custody of @ThatKid is the best solution for all involved people. Thank you.

Your honor and members of the jury, I am filing for full custody of @ThatKid. So to start off as I'm sure you all know the reason thatkid isn't even in the custody of either of us is because @ThatGuy lost guy lost him to the family because he wanted to run off with @ThatSlut. And I would like the jury to know that the allegations of me being a acholic are slanderous and disgusting! I loved my son, and none of @Objection!'s story is remotely true.
Thatguy is the last person to trust with any custody of a child see exibit A:
Is that the word of a loving father? Or a sick individual using lies and manipulations to gain custody of his victim?
Secondly Thatguy is unemployed whereas I have a job running the streets making thousands a week, I worked tirelessly trying to provide for my family selling my body to the streets because Thatguy was too obsessed with taking down the family to be a man and get a real job.
Thirdly the incident with ThisKid was no accident, it was a murder! A murder planned by Thatguy and @ThatSlut to try get rid of our family, I saw with my own eyes who was driving that car and I know it was Thatguy. With his drugged up eyes ready to end that poor child's life.
And finally let us not forget the numerous charges my ex-husband is facing. How on earth is someone like that to be fit to be a parent? He's pleading insanity for christ sake! That alone should forbade him from getting custody at all!
In conclusion I ask the jury to do the right thing and give custody to me and me alone.

My fellow jurors
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that neither of these two should gain any sort of custody of this child, and in doing so should be considered child abuse!
To begin with @ThatWife she's not only a compulsive liar, manipulator, abusive and possible druggie, but she is in fact married to the streets. To her countless sexual relationships with @Roo @Pot Goblin @mly90 @Blother Fertitta @Fujishiro to manipulating the facts to spin narratives. This woman is severally unfit to mother any child! And less the jury forget that she's admitted several times to use of drugs and prostitution on numerous occasions. And the there is the matter of ThisKid it's hard to say who was responsible for that travesty and I feel neither @ThatGuy or @ThatWife are being entirely truthful here.
And as for @ThatGuy this trial basically wrote itself.
He can't hold a job to save his life, he's a murder, possibly a child abuser, Thatguy spend countless hours on the internet trying to the troll the establishment with negative reviews instead of seeking employment and getting his life on track. He's shown almost no remorse in the murder of @ThatWife and seemed disgusted she's be revived from the dead. This whole dispute began when he decided to cheat on Thatwife with the aforementioned @ThatSlut instead of being a real father and getting a job and making something of himself. And after murdering his wife completely disregarded the well-being of @ThatKid locking the poor boy away in his room with no food and toys while he goes out and fools around with a street rat. The poor boy managed to break out of his bedroom and showed up to the establishment soaking wet, shivering and afraid. I've never seen anything so horrific in my life.
Thatguy has also displayed several racist tendencies against Italian's specifically while having zero remorse for his bigotry! Is this truly a man who should be raising a child?
And finally let's recall how @ThatKid has felt since being in the care of the family, he's well feed, well kept, plenty of toys to play with and even helping around in the kitchen. He's taken a specific liking to @Devilbat's garden. We call it his happy place. Very wholesome stuff.
In conclusion, I believe it would be best to keep @ThatKid under the care of the family where he remains happy and safe.
And now the deciding factor from the jurors, after reading everyone's arguments I want you all to post on who should have full custody.

@ThatGuy has already proven his incompetence in kid watching as he preferred messing around with @ThatSlut allowing his son to go missing in the first place. And let's not forget he's going for an insanity defense! That should immediately exclude him from gaining custody!
And as for @ThatWife I think more than enough has been said at this point yeah?

To Thatkid, the family is his home. Taking him away from that just to appease one of his terribly disgruntled parents will do him no good in the long run.
