Zoro was also unable to perceive Sanji running across the island of egghead, blitzing a light speed seraphim lazer+saving edison in the process. He even says “hm?” With a question mark

Sanji also ran across the island again to save nami while Zoro factually couldn’t do the exact same nor could King in the same situation

that means , sanjis body acceleration with heavy body is way more impressive than anybody . Also , sanjis kick sent Queen out of Onigashima.

you are very wrong . Zoro said they are invincible in the egghead island. He just said that dont attack . This is waste of time. Based on your logic , Zoro should never have said this sentence .

In the anime , we are not seeing sanji in queens perspective in any time .
However , we are watching king from zoros eyes.
This is totally different.

Cute however the only logic is what was stated. Both anime and manga zoros statement to king was indeed true.

The flame on kings back that was also on in his final attack in the anime as it was in the manga. That's the only actually logic anyone needs to go on

We were not seeing sanji in queens eyes since queen lacked the ability to perceive the level of sanjis speed. Where as we were able to seeing kings invisible like speed in from zoros point of view since zoro was able to perceive kings speed.

Which implies that at best germa sanji with buffs is as fast as king
