Fify. Wb crew was the HARDEST captain-carried crew there is.
- yonko candidate cause they got away quite okay. Ace wasn't part of the crew for the past year or so anyway. So except their captain and some fodders they didn't even lose much. Why shouldn't he be able to keep daddy's business going?
King on the other hand was probably even declared dead after the drone saw him dismembered and thrown off from like 10 km in the air. On top of that, their entire force has been beaten by an alliance that included national forces of wano. So, kaido's dead, headquarters (Wano and onigashima) couped, all outside officers down/dead, military force decimated to pets by a child and everything sealed by the fact that the entire country is affiliating with that guy, now yonko, that crushed the old system. There's nothing left for king to rule, even if he had managed to escape. Which he didn't. Which destroys his chances to rechallenge for his position in future.

She did not make any direct strength comparison between them though. These are two statements with two different contexts behind them.
Kat will be forced to close combat with Sanji. Even if he dodges the kicks via shape-shifting the heat of the flames arguably still mess with his mochi body. We've seen him create flames of DJ so he probably won't be able to tolerate IJ heat (assuming Mochi is weak to heat which i think it must be given that its food).

debatably one of the least carried crews
Marco stalled 2 commanders aswell as clashing with a 2 yonkos (blackbeard, Big mom) also blocked boro breath, lets not forget him clashing with kizaru effortlessly and fought all admirals
Jozu was destroying aokiji until something distracted him, blocked mihawk and destroying crocodile the plot armor god at Marineford
Ace clashing with aokiji (aokiji had superior df), as well as battling with blackbeard who was debatably YC1 (yami only) which negated aces main way of fighting, dont forget clashing with yamato an acoc user, who was able to clash with kaido, Aces novel
Vista, mihawk considered him a man he needed to know about in the swordsmanship world due to his great strength and prowess

Izo, fought both guernica and maha aka apoo and xdrake and ending up dying yet still taking out 1 of them in a 2v1
Rakuyo, no longer in his prime at MF but was still confident to attack kizaru as well as clashing with Roger Pirates Curiel, survived akainus magma and fought moria who is atleast tobiroppo
