Haki is deciding factor now, not the grade of a blade.
so I would not jump to conclusions just yet. Enma is a good replacement for Shusui. if it is better or worse, who knows.

still not fond of the idea that Zoro gives Shusui up so easily.

Yea they can't level things up at the top end but at the lower end they should balance things out. Like someone like Cavendish Sai and Barto can easily take on most big of big mom named kids (Daifuku included). After Daifuku's bounty reveal I don't think he should be leagues above someone like cavendish. The current danger though is the addition of Smoothie Peros and Mama. How are they going to beat two top tiers lol.
