I really dont think the twin shit works. The Gorosei still questioned why he was there to visit him. If he were a typical WG employee, then they wouldnt question it.

Really only leaves 2 options:

1. A separate, different looking Figarland member and Shanks still has access to the Gorosei for his own means

2. Shanks is the God Knight but does jot serve at Mariejois

Shanks has a relative who is a Holy Knight member, another Figarland. Holy Knights are from Celestial Dragon families. Shanks is a Figarland i.e has CD blood which is why the Gorosei allowed him to have a meeting.

Isnt it weird how Shanks is a Yonko with no major territories to his own? Only known territory is the one Barto trashed and its clearly fodder/small and he just chills on tropical, remote islands or some snowy island when Ace found him and Elbaf isn't his territory either seemingly, just friends of his?

We know he has a fleet now but its literally the ultimate fodders too, the worst ones possible.

To be fair, Luffy doesn't have any territories of his own either

he just allies himself to some kingdoms like Arabasta, Fishman Island and Dressrosa, and swears to protect them if they need to

same thing with Shanks and Elbaf and many other places in seems
